Over the next few weeks, I'll be giving small business owners and entrepreneurs a chance to share how they're handling business during this pandemic.
To keep things consistent, I'll be asking everyone the same five questions:1. What is the biggest shift you've had to make in your business?2. What are you doing to address this shift?3. How is your business community responding?4. How are you taking care of yourself (and your family, employees, clients, neighbors, etc.)5. How can we support you and your business right now?
The goal is to provide a wide range of perspectives that educate, inform and inspire. At the very least, maybe these will help you feel less alone during this crazy time. Learn more at marketinguninhibited.com

Ep. 25: Finding Your Why w/ Chris Cash
Mar 11, 2019
Mar 11, 2019
58 min
Chris Cash is Realtor/Property Stylist/Dog Lover and what I love most about her, aside from her name, is the fact that she is not afraid to take risks. After a long and successful career as an Interior Designer, she re-evaluated her "why" and decided to make a late career move that better fit her needs.
She is now the owner of Chris Cash Realty Group & Chris Cash Design Group. After over 15 years as a Interior Designer, Chris challenged herself further and, at age 50, took a leap and earned her Real Estate Licence.
In Her first year at Keller Williams Realty Infinity in Naperville she was named in the Top 20% of agents in the office of over 400 agents. She got a Certified Staging Certification and a Veterans for Homeownership Certification.
Blending both businesses now benefits her clients, she is able to stage her sellers properties and then help her buyers to decorate their new homes.
Chris also has a passion for mentoring female small business owners and helping others achieve their dreams.
Travel and Dogs are also great interests and stress relievers of hers.

The thing I love most about this episode is that prior to recording, I had done some research on Melissa and learned she uses the words fearless and forthright to describe herself. And, she is damn right. Melissa is open and honest about her struggles with addiction, weight loss, and generational traumas, and the work it has taken to overcome them.
Melissa Ronda is a certified weight loss expert who helps women lose massive amounts of weight while eating food they actually want to eat. Since launching The Honest Weigh in 2014, Melissa has led clients to weight loss totally over 17,000 pounds and counting.
As an advocate for opioid abuse awareness, Melissa speaks openly and honestly about her struggles with addiction, obesity, and generational traumas on her podcast Honestly Melissa. She has been featured on Dream Cast, A Full Plate, and Vroom Vroom Veer as well as a chosen speaker and goal keeping expert for WESOS Foundations of Success Seminars.
Living in Chicago with her husband and blended family of five teens + mangy mutts, Melissa spends her spare time feeding basically everyone all the time.
